Hector Barragan created the Southern Arizona Ghost and Paranormal Society, with fellow tech-mate Jim Rundel. Both are a part of the community in the second largest city in Arizona....Tucson. His diverse talents include computer related hardware and software experience of over 10 years. Taking a scientific approach to every aspect of paranormal investigations, makes his perspective very consistent in regards to being a skeptic. That does not say that he doesn't want to believe.

SAGAPS was originally formed as a sister group to the West Coast Ghost and Paranormal Society. Under the training of Andy Rice, curriculum included debunking methods, photo analysis, and video recording logistics. Hector also has been studying the paranormal for over 5 years, but just recently started conducting investigations for the public in 2009. When not being involved with the paranormal, Hector spends his time with his wife Leeann, who is his most supportive skeptic.
